About the Role

As a Software Development Lead at Accenture's Jaipur office, you will develop and configure software systems throughout the product lifecycle. Your role will involve managing development teams, guiding solution delivery, and using technical expertise to resolve complex system issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Basis Administration
• Lead and mentor junior team members
• Be responsible for decision-making within the team
• Collaborate with multiple teams and influence key architectural and development decisions
• Provide resolutions to technical problems within and beyond the team
• Encourage innovation and promote continuous improvement in development processes

• Must Have:
• SAP Basis Administration
• Good to Have:
• SAP Monitoring & Tools
• SAP HANA DB Administration
• SAP BTP Administration
• Strong understanding of SAP Basis principles
• Experience in SAP system monitoring and performance tuning
• Familiarity with SAP HANA database and SAP BTP platform administration

Requirements

• 7.5+ years of experience in SAP Basis Administration
• 16 years of full-time education
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Deep expertise in SAP system performance and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with SAP HANA and SAP BTP platforms
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Additional Information

• A minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration is required
• The candidate must have completed 16 years of full-time education
• The position is based in Jaipur
